利用压力 DSC研究了 7MPa时 C60 、富勒烯烟炱 ( FS)和炭黑 ( CB)对催化的 RDX-CMDB推进剂热分解特性的影响。结果表明 :使推进剂表观分解热愈大的碳物质 ,则导致推进剂的燃速愈高。和参比推进剂相比 ,含 F S的推进剂表观分解热大 ,故燃速也高 ,增速作用亦大。不同碳物质导致推进剂表观分解热增加率的大小顺序为 :FS>CB>C60 。
The effects of C60, fullerene soot (FS) and carbon black (CB) on the thermal decomposition of RDX-CMDB propellants catalyzed by 7MPa were investigated by pressure DSC. The results show that the larger the apparent heat of decomposition of the propellant, the higher the burning rate of the propellant. Compared with the reference propellant, Fs containing propellants apparent heat of decomposition, so the burning rate is also high, the role of growth rate is also large. The order of increasing rate of apparent decomposition heat of propellant caused by different carbon materials is as follows: FS> CB> C60.
