从热力学角度分析了SiC晶须与Mg Li Al合金的化学相容性 ,利用透射电镜及高分辨电镜研究了SiCw/MgLiAl复合材料的界面结构 ,并测试了复合材料的力学性能。结果表明 ,该复合体系化学相容性较好 ,SiC晶须与基体合金界面结合紧密 ,没有反应物 ;少数SiC晶须表面发生了沿 {1 1 1 }晶面的定向损伤 ,出现了 70 .5°或 1 0 9.5°台阶。拉伸实验结果表明 ,SiC晶须对Mg Li Al合金具有明显的强化作用 ,使复合材料的抗拉强度、弹性模量明显提高。
The chemical compatibility of SiC whiskers and Mg-Li Al alloys was analyzed from the thermodynamic point of view. The interfacial structures of the SiCw / MgLiAl composites were investigated by transmission electron microscopy and high-resolution electron microscopy. The mechanical properties of the composites were also tested. The results show that the chemical compatibility of the composite system is good, the interface between the SiC whisker and the matrix alloy is close, and there is no reactant. The orientation damage of the minority SiC whiskers occurs along the {1 1 1} crystal plane and 70% appears. 5 ° or 1 0 9.5 ° steps. Tensile test results show that SiC whiskers have a significant strengthening effect on the Mg Li Al alloy, the tensile strength and elastic modulus of the composites significantly increased.
