目的研究木村病(kimma disease)患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落激活因子(GM-CSF)水平的变化并探讨TNF-α和GM-CSF水平的改变与其发病之间的关系。方法采用放射免疫分析法对11例已行手术治疗的木村病患者血清中TNF-α和GM-CSF水平进行了检测。结果木村病患者血清中TNF-α、GM-CSF的含量明显升高,分别为(9.01±3.37)μg/L及(1.07±0.35)μg/L,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论木村病患者外周血存在着细胞因子TNF-α、GM-CSF的表达,TNF-α和GM-CSF水平的变化与木村病发病有着密切的关系。
Objective To study the changes of serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) in patients with kimma disease and to explore the relationship between TNF-α and GM-CSF Change the relationship between its incidence. Methods Serum levels of TNF-α and GM-CSF in 11 patients who had undergone surgical treatment of Kimura disease were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of TNF-α and GM-CSF in serum of patients with Kimura disease were significantly increased (9.01 ± 3.37 μg / L and 1.07 ± 0.35 μg / L, respectively), and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01 and P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of cytokines TNF-α and GM-CSF in peripheral blood of Kimura patients is closely related to the changes of TNF-α and GM-CSF levels.
