目的建立室内空气中甲醛的乙酰乙酸甲酯紫外衍生—高效液相色谱测定方法。方法空气中甲醛经装于多孔玻板吸收管中的乙酰乙酸甲酯-乙酸铵缓冲液吸收,于70℃水浴反应10 min后,用C18柱分离,紫外检测器检测。色谱条件:流动相为1 ml/min的甲醇∶水(80∶20,v/v),柱温为25℃,检测波长为373 nm。结果甲醛在0.05~2.50μg/ml范围内线性相关系数为0.9996,方法检出限(S/N=3)和定量限(S/N=10)分别为0.009μg/ml和0.015mg/m3,方法加标回收率为89.2%~114%,方法精密度(n=6)为1.07%。结论本法快速、灵敏、准确,适用于室内空气中微量甲醛的快速测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of formaldehyde in indoor air by UV-induced high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods Formaldehyde in the air was absorbed in methyl acetoacetate - ammonium acetate buffer solution in the absorption tube of porous glass plate. After reacting in water bath at 70 ℃ for 10 min, it was separated by C18 column and detected by UV detector. Chromatographic conditions: methanol: water (80:20, v / v) with a mobile phase of 1 ml / min, a column temperature of 25 ° C and a detection wavelength of 373 nm. Results The linear correlation coefficient of formaldehyde in the range of 0.05-2.50 μg / ml was 0.9996. The detection limits (S / N = 3) and the limits of quantitation (S / N = 10) were 0.009 μg / ml and 0.015 mg / The recoveries of the method were 89.2% ~ 114%. The method precision (n = 6) was 1.07%. Conclusion This method is fast, sensitive and accurate and is suitable for the rapid determination of trace formaldehyde in indoor air.
