为推进我国高职教育又好又快的发展,必须正确认识高职教育改革和发展的现状。十多年来,我国高等职业教育得到了蓬勃发展,取得了许多历史性的成就。但由于办学历史短,我国高等职业教育同发达国家相比,还处于初始阶段,还存在诸多问题。在此,在分析问题的基础上,从转变观念、政策支持、师资建设与课程教学改革等方面论述了解决这些问题的途径和策略。
In order to promote sound and rapid development of higher vocational education in our country, we must correctly understand the current situation of the reform and development of higher vocational education. For more than a decade, the higher vocational education in our country has been booming and many historic achievements have been made. However, due to the short history of running a school, the higher vocational education in our country is still in the initial stage compared with the developed countries, and many problems still exist. Here, on the basis of analyzing the problems, the ways and tactics to solve these problems are discussed from the aspects of changing concepts, policy support, teachers construction and course teaching reform.
