山西新闻界有多位年逾九旬的健康老人,马明就是其中一位。今年96岁高龄的马老,除有点儿耳背外,身体硬朗、思维清晰,依然坚持学习。马老的健康秘诀主要是坚持了以下养生“规律”。生活规律马老每天早上6点半左右起床,在家里或院子中活动一个多小时。早饭后稍休息,开始看书看报,思考写作。中午饭后,要午睡一个多小时,下午是散步锻炼时间。这个作息时间一直坚持了20多年,直到近几年又有些调整,减少了一点儿学习和锻炼的时间,增加了休息的时间,保证每天8小时以上
