利用植物组织培养即快繁技术来加快月季的繁殖速率和培育新品种,最为关键的就是细胞分裂素与生长素量的选择,本试验旨在探求一种最佳配方.选当地种植健壮的当年生枝条作为外植体,分三批在初代时分别接种于MS+BA1mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L、MS+BA1mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L、MS+BA1mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L培养基中培养.再将接种于同一初代培养基的苗转接于BA/NAA量分别为1/0.5mg/L、0.8/0.4mg/L、1/0.2mg/L、0.4/0.2mg/L培养基中进行继代培养观察.研究发现初代培养BA/NAA量为1/0.1mg/L出芽率量高,继代培养BA/NAA量为0.8/0.4mg/L时增殖最快.
