随着社会的发展,生活水平的提高,医疗卫生保障的加强,国人的平均寿命已从解放前的45岁提高到了70岁以上,实在是可喜可贺的事情。生命的自然衰老直至死亡,是一个正常的过程。生命的长短,除遗传、营养、锻炼、生活、工作条件外,还有一个重要的因素往往被人们所忽视,那就是生活方式这一个人为的因素。良好的生活方式,可以令人神清气爽,延年益寿;不健康的生活方式,则让人暮气横秋,缩短寿命。长寿是由多种因素所决定的,当然死亡也往往是各种原因所致。但是,不健康的生活方式则是不折不扣的蚕食生命,有些疾病本身就是由不健康的生活方式直接引起的,这的确当引起人们高度重视。呵护生命,从生活方式做起。
