【目的】探讨妊娠低铅暴露与新生儿神经行为及体格发育的关系,为有效预防提供参考依据。【方法】选择280例劳务女工产妇及所产280例新生儿为研究对象,检测妊娠早中晚期、分娩时和新生儿脐血铅水平,取其对数值分别与新生儿行为发育评分(NBNA),4项体格指标Z标准分进行相关分析;以孕中期血铅浓度第25,50,75百分位,分别构成相对高低铅组,进行神经行为及体格发育比较。【结果】孕中期血铅对数值与行为能力、主动肌张力、总得分及其头围和体重Z标准分显著负相关(P<0.05);在58μg/L分界点时,高铅组NABA总得分显著小于低铅组(t=2.326,P<0.05)。【结论】孕中期血铅水平作为孕期铅暴露示标有更高的敏感性;孕中期血铅水平即使在58μg/L水平,已对新生儿神经行为发育造成负性影响。
【Objective】 To explore the relationship between low-lead exposure in pregnancy and the neurological behavior and physical development of neonates, and to provide a reference for effective prevention. 【Methods】 Two hundred and twenty labor women workers and 280 newborns were selected as research objects to detect lead levels in early, middle and late pregnancy, during delivery and neonatal umbilical cord blood. The logarithmic values were correlated with neonatal behavioral developmental score (NBNA) , Four physical indicators Z standard score correlation analysis; the second and fifth trimester of blood lead concentrations, respectively, constitute a relatively low level of lead, neurological behavior and physical development comparison. 【Result】 There was a significant negative correlation between blood lead level and behavioral abilities, active muscle tone, total score and head circumference and body weight Z standard score (P <0.05) in the second trimester of pregnancy. At the cutoff point of 58 μg / L, Score was significantly lower than the low lead group (t = 2.326, P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 The blood lead level in the second trimester of pregnancy is more sensitive to lead exposure during pregnancy. The blood lead levels in the second trimester of pregnancy have a negative impact on the neurobehavioral development of neonates even at the level of 58 μg / L.
