灰阶超声波(US)的出现和推广应用极大地促进了胰腺疾病的诊断,但皮下脂肪和消化道气体常常干扰体外对胰腺的扫描。胰腺位于腹腔深部,由于超声波束的衰减,靠增加探头频率使图像清晰是有限的。超声内镜(EUS),可从腹腔内紧靠胰腺面进行扫描,无任何声阻,图像清晰。本文分析胰腺肿块性病变的EUS图像,并与组织学所见进行对比研究。材料和方法:所用内镜为扇形辐射扫描仪
The emergence and spread of gray-scale ultrasound (US) has greatly facilitated the diagnosis of pancreatic diseases, but subcutaneous fat and gastrointestinal gas often interfere with the pancreas scan in vitro. The pancreas is located deep in the abdominal cavity. Due to the attenuation of the ultrasound beam, the image clarity is limited by increasing the probe frequency. Ultrasound endoscopy (EUS) scans the pancreas from within the abdomen without any acoustic resistance and the image is clear.
