在现代企业管理中,每个单位最迫切、最严重的问题是人的问题。对于国有企业来说,职工是企业最重要的资本,人才是企业的首要“资源”。据有关资料统计,在所有有形和无形的资源浪费中,人才资源的浪费是最大的。许多人才资源因不合理的体制、不完善的机制以及不科学的管理而白白浪费掉。那么怎样才能最大限度地开发人才资源潜能,尽可能地减少人才资源的浪费呢-只有真正做到以人为本,更能适应现代社会,更能有效调动人的积极性和创造性,实现管理的最大效能。
In modern enterprise management, the most pressing and serious problem for each unit is human problems. For state-owned enterprises, employees are the most important capital of the company. Talent is the company’s primary “resource”. According to statistics, the waste of human resources is the greatest in all tangible and intangible waste of resources. Many human resources are wasted because of unreasonable systems, imperfect mechanisms, and unscientific management. How can we develop the potential of human resources to the maximum extent and reduce the waste of human resources as much as possible? Only if we are truly people-oriented and able to adapt to modern society, can we effectively mobilize people’s enthusiasm and creativity, and achieve maximum management effectiveness.
