1 种子包衣现状种子包衣是集生物、化工、机械技术于一体,不仅具有防虫治病,提高出苗率、保苗率,促进幼苗生长发育和增产的综合效果,还具有节省种子,减少用药、用工、降低成本和净化环境的功效,有明显的社会生态效益。种子包衣技术从1991年开始在内蒙古自治区推广,到现在已经全面推广开来,得到社会的普遍采用。种子部门销到农民手中的玉米种子全部包衣。种子包衣离不开包衣机,特别是大规模的工业化种子加工。但现在全区乃至全国,种子包衣主要是靠单机作业来完成的,存在许多弊端。首先,单机作业费工费时,不利于提高劳动效率。其次,单机作业不能满足包衣机对种子的净度
