长春市建筑设计研究院是建设部首批审定的甲级院。1995年,我院面对建筑市场激烈竞争的严峻形势,审时度势的确立“立足长春、服务城乡,打入沿海,走向全国”的经营方针。发动全员干活找活,把设计生产搞活,千方百计扩展设计市场占有率。全年完成勘察设计产值700万元,既创了本院历史最高水平、又在全省同行业中名列前茅。 The Changchun Institute of Architectural Design and Research is the first batch of Grade A institutes approved by the Ministry of Construction. In 1995, our institute faced the grim situation of fierce competition in the construction market, and established the operating principles of “establishing a foothold in Changchun, serving the urban and rural areas, entering the coast, and moving toward the whole country”. All employees are motivated to find a job, to invigorate design and production, and to do everything possible to expand the design market share. The survey and design output value of 7 million yuan was completed in the whole year, which not only created the highest level of history in this hospital, but also ranked first among the same industry in the province.
