1.概况食物发展是关系到我国经济发展、生活改善、社会安定和民族振兴的全局性问题。因此,国家自然科学基金委员会把这一研究列为重大项目。自1988年起,历时3年,现已全面完成预定计划和要求。本项目将食物发展作为一个大系统,划分为5个课题和15个专题:(1)食物消费——居民消费、居民营养与食物结构;(2)食物流通——食物价格政策与流通体制,食物进出口战略与对策;(3)食物生产与科技进步——种植业、畜牧业、水产业的生产结构与发展前景,豆类蛋白质资源的开发与利用,食品工业的发展前景,食物生产的物质
1. Overview Food development is a global issue that has an impact on China's economic development, improvement of living, social stability and national rejuvenation. Therefore, the National Natural Science Foundation of China put this study as a major project. Since 1988, which lasted three years, the plan and requirements have been fully completed.
