以新型外置单电机对旋风机为研究对象,对其在不同工况下的三维流场进行数值模拟。在大流量工况下,压力随着流量的增大而降低,气体流线逐渐平缓,叶顶和叶片前缘压力降低。在小流量工况下,流线紊乱,叶片静压分布不均匀,涡量的变化强度加大并向叶根附近扩展。
Taking the new external single-motor as the research object, the three-dimensional flow field under different working conditions was numerically simulated. Under the conditions of high flow rate, the pressure decreases with the increase of the flow rate, and the flow of gas gradually becomes gentle, and the pressure on the blade tip and blade leading edge decreases. Under the condition of small flow, the flow lines are disorderly, the distribution of static pressure of blades is not uniform, the intensity of vorticity change increases and expands to the vicinity of the root.
