我国区域电能效率空间效应研究——基于SBM超效率模型

基于SBM超效率模型,测算了我国29个省份1990~2012年全要素电能效率,采用空间自相关分析方法和空间面板计量模型,探讨了中国省级尺度电能效率的时空格局特征及其主要影响因素。研究结果表明:1990~2012年间,我国电能效率总体上呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,在空间分布上呈现明显的东高西低的地域性特征。省域之间电能效率具有显著的溢出效应,优化产业结构、提高FDI依存度、对外开放、城市化水平和实际电价水平有利于改善电能效率;而政府影响力与电能效率则存在负相关关系。 Based on the SBM super efficiency model, the total factorial energy efficiency of 29 provinces in China was estimated from 1990 to 2012. The spatial autocorrelation analysis method and the spatial panel measurement model were used to investigate the spatial and temporal characteristics of China’s provincial scale power efficiency and its main influencing factors . The results show that: From 1990 to 2012, China’s energy efficiency showed an upward trend first and then a downward trend, showing obvious regional characteristics of high east, low west in the spatial distribution. Provincial energy efficiency has a significant spillover effect, optimizing the industrial structure and increasing FDI dependence, opening up, urbanization and the actual price level is conducive to improving energy efficiency; and government influence and power efficiency are negatively correlated.
