2015年11月,李克强总理在国务院常务会议上发表题为《部署加快发展农村电商》的讲话,要求大力发展农村电子商务,加大惠农支付,支持农村电商力度。中国人民银行安康市中心支行结合电商发展实际,因势利导,积极组织推动辖区农村地区惠农支付与农村电商基础建设,实现农村支付、电商产业和县域经济的共赢发展。
In November 2015, at the executive meeting of the State Council, Premier Li Keqiang delivered a speech entitled “Deploying and Accelerating the Development of Rural E-commerce,” and urged that vigorous development of rural e-commerce should be stepped up and payment of benefiting farmers should be stepped up and support should be given to rural e-commerce. Ankang City Center Branch of the People’s Bank of China combined with the actual development of e-commerce, make the best use of the situation and actively promote the payment of beneficiaries in rural areas of rural areas and rural electricity supplier infrastructure to achieve rural pay, electricity supplier industry and county economy win-win development.
