1研制背景配电网带电作业担负着10 k V线路的带电断接引线、带电更换杆上设备、带电消缺等众多工作。目前配电网带电作业使用最多的作业方法就是利用绝缘斗臂车绝缘手套作业法。但一直缺少将带电作业过程中使用的绝缘毯、个人工具及小型材料进行综合放置的架子。绝缘斗臂车作业过程中工具及小型材料放置不合理容易造成工具、小型材料坠落等问题,已成为影响作业效率的重要因素。为了解决上述问题,我们根据多年的现场带电作业实际经验,研制了一种带电作业绝缘斗臂车工具放置架,将其应用于配电网带电作业,有效提高了工作效率。
