会计财务管理工作是企业内部管理工作中的一项重要内容,是降低企业经营管理成本、提高企业经济效益的有效手段,更是影响企业长期稳定发展的关键因素。因此,企业必须要重视会计财务管理工作,不断强化对会计财务管理的内部控制,尽可能地使之最大化地发挥出应有的效用,从而为企业的经营管理和发展提供助力。本文主要探讨了企业会计财务管理及其内部控制的相关问题,并提出了几条合理建议。
Accounting and financial management work is an important part of the internal management of an enterprise. It is an effective measure to reduce the cost of operation and management of an enterprise and enhance the economic efficiency of an enterprise. It is also a key factor that affects the long-term and steady development of an enterprise. Therefore, enterprises must attach importance to the accounting and financial management, and constantly strengthen the internal control of accounting and financial management, maximize its exertion as much as possible and thus provide the support for the operation and management of the enterprise. This article mainly discusses the related problems of the financial management of the enterprise accounting and its internal control and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
