研究了一组代替锡青铜的铜基耐磨合金,其含锡量分别为(%):0、0.3、0.4、1.8。试验结果表明:新合金的机械性能远优于锡青铜,具有良好的工艺性能、物理性能及抗蚀性能。由于不含锡或低含锡,成本仅为锡青铜的65%~80%。
A group of copper-based wear-resistant alloys instead of tin bronze was studied. The contents of tin were 0, 0.3, 0.4 and 1.8 respectively. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of the new alloy are far superior to tin bronze and have good technological properties, physical properties and corrosion resistance. As tin-free or low tin, the cost of tin bronze is only 65% to 80%.
