本文报告了19例狗肾移植排异反应的临床与免疫病理学观察,其中包括自体移植、异体移植、异种移植(人尸体肾)和异体移植加用抗排异治疗等组的不同表现与特点,简述了狗肾移植模型的若干问题,比较了移植肾排异反应与血管吻合口血栓形成之区别,亦概要地讨论了急性排异的诊断和免疫病理学机制。
This article reports the clinical and immunopathological observations of 19 cases of canine kidney transplantation rejection, including autograft, allograft, xenograft (human cadaver kidney) and allograft plus anti-rejection therapy group of different performance and characteristics , Summarizes a number of issues in the model of canine kidney transplantation and compares the differences between renal allograft rejection and vascular anastomotic thrombosis. The diagnosis and immunopathological mechanisms of acute rejection are also briefly discussed.
