目的探讨家庭远程血压管理在老年高血压病患者中的应用价值。方法对2011年1月1日~2015年10月1日体系内40个管辖社区老年原发性高血压患者的日常门诊血压诊疗和家庭远程血压诊疗情况进行回顾性分析和比较。结果 (1)在来我院老干部日常门诊就诊的病种人例次构成比统计中,高血压病位居第三,其日常门诊就诊例次构成比逐年下降,自2012年起就诊例次构成比较2011年显著下降,且逐年下降均达到显著水平。(2)老年高血压病患者医院门诊就诊例次构成比逐年下降,而利用远程进行家庭血压管理的患者自2012年起逐年升高。(3)老年高血压病病患者年度总住院例次构成比和因高血压住院的例次构成比逐年下降。结论实行家庭远程血压管理,降低了老年高血压病病患者的医院门诊就诊率和住院率。
Objective To explore the value of remote home-based blood pressure management in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods A retrospective analysis and comparison were made between routine outpatient blood pressure diagnosis and treatment and remote home hypertension diagnosis and treatment in 40 elderly patients with essential hypertension in the system from January 1, 2011 to October 1, 2015. Results (1) Among the routine comparisons of the daily routine attendance of veteran cadres in our hospital, the third highest proportion of hypertensive patients and the decreasing rate of their routine outpatient clinic attendance from year to year, Compared with the significant decline in 2011, and the annual decline reached a significant level. (2) The incidence of outpatient visits in elderly patients with hypertension is declining year by year, and the number of patients taking remote home-based blood pressure management has risen year by year since 2012. (3) The annual total hospitalization rate of elderly patients with essential hypertension and the number of hospitalization due to hypertension are decreasing year by year. Conclusions The implementation of remote home-based blood pressure management reduces the hospital outpatient visit rate and hospitalization rate in elderly hypertensive patients.
