本文用南京新博公司生产的 NHE-1000型心电高频信息检测分析仪,研究了正常 Wister 大鼠高频心电图(HF-ECG)的时域值和 QRS 波群的功率谱。主要结果如下(以Ⅱ导联为例,±SD):心率为420±46次/min;P—R 间期为47.3±4.5ms;QRS 波宽15.7±1.9ms;T 波宽39.0±7.0ms;Q—T 间期54.7±7.3ms。Ⅱ导联 QRS 波群各频段相对能量:0—100Hz 的相对能量为83.47±15.07%;80—300Hz 的相对能量为25.56±18.4%;100—250Hz 为16.15±14.8%;150—250Hz 为5.25±4.81%;100—1000Hz为16.53±15.07%。
In this paper, NHE-1000 high-frequency ECG detection and analysis instrument produced by Nanjing Xinbo Company was used to study the time-domain value of HF-ECG and the power spectrum of QRS complex in normal Wister rats. The main results are as follows (Ⅱ lead as an example, ± SD): heart rate of 420 ± 46 beats / min; P-R interval of 47.3 ± 4.5ms; QRS wave width of 15.7 ± 1.9ms; T wave width of 39.0 ± 7.0ms ; Q-T interval 54.7 ± 7.3ms. The relative energy of QRS complex in each frequency band was 83.47 ± 15.07% for 0-100 Hz, 25.56 ± 18.4% for 80-300 Hz, 16.15 ± 14.8% for 100-250 Hz and 5.25 ± 150 Hz for 150-250 Hz 4.81%; 100-1000 Hz 16.53 ± 15.07%.
