目的通过医院管理项行政化改革从而使得医疗事业更加稳步的发展,能够为医患带来更多的医疗福利,更好地发挥医疗事业应有的作用。方法从管理机制、队伍建设、信息化管理等几个方面来探讨分析如何更好的将医院管理向行政化改革。结果向行政化改革可以不断完善医院机制,使等医院管理不断成熟,管理水平也不断提高,从而可以更好地为人们服务。结论在现今的社会迅猛发展下,医院管理改革是势在必行的,医疗事业作为民生当中的主要问题,其改革是极具有时代意义的。
Objective Through the administrative reform of the hospital management project, the more steady development of the medical service can bring about more medical benefits to the doctors and patients so that the proper medical service can play its due role.
