0 引言湖南省白沙向斜南段目前开采的“高、突”矿井煤层,是低透气性单一煤层。其中的红卫煤矿从六十年代起,进行过局部、间断性的高、低负压抽放试验。由于煤层透气性低,原始煤体百米占孔每分钟抽放量才0.1m~3左右,为提高抽放效果,从1968年到1977年,局部试验深孔松动爆破、密集占孔、水力压裂、水力冲孔等抽放措施。由于煤层自然条件限制,未能实现长期、稳定、连续抽放要求。为探讨白沙向斜南段各矿井在现有通风能力及自然条件下,建立全矿抽放瓦斯生产系统是否经济合理,本文分析了现场生产的资料数据,提出了作者的论点,供技术决策参考。
0 Introduction The “high and sudden” coal seam currently mined in the southern section of the Baisha anticline in Hunan Province is a single low-permeability coal seam. The Hongwei Mine has been conducting partial and intermittent high and low vacuum drainage tests since the 1960s. Due to the low gas permeability of the coal seam, the original coal mass fraction of 100 meters per hole takes about 0.1m ~ 3 per minute. In order to improve the drainage effect, from 1968 to 1977, the local trial of deep hole loose blasting, densely occupied hole, Fracturing, hydraulic punching and other drainage measures. Due to the natural conditions of coal seams, failed to achieve long-term, stable and continuous drainage requirements. In order to explore whether it is economical and reasonable to set up mine drainage gas production system under the existing ventilation capacity and natural conditions in all the mines in the southern section of the Baisha anticline, this paper analyzes the data of the production on site and puts forward the author’s argument for reference of technical decision making .
