2011年10月26日,国家质检总局在北京召开了家用汽车产品修理、更换、退货责任规定的立法听证会,17位来自汽车制造商、行业部门及消费者代表参加了听证会。国家质检总局法规司司长刘兆彬表示,目前汽车“三包”规定的出台条件已经基本成熟,相关标准及有关实施细则正在加紧制定。酝酿了7年的汽车“三包”规定终于向前迈进了一步。
On October 26, 2011, AQSIQ held a legislative hearing on repairing, replacing and returning liability for domestic motor vehicle products in Beijing. 17 car manufacturers, industrial departments and consumer representatives attended the hearing. Liu Zhaobin, director of the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, said that the current conditions for the promulgation of the “three guarantees” of vehicles have basically reached the stage of maturity, and relevant standards and relevant implementation details are being formulated. Brewing a seven-year car “Three Guarantees ” provisions finally one step forward.
