为探讨锦红片 (红藤、蒲公英、生大黄等组成 )对急性胆道感染的作用机理 ,将SD大鼠结扎胆总管 ,并向管内注入致病性大肠杆菌制成急性胆道感染模型 ,于造模前一天开始灌胃 1%锦红片悬液 ,连续 6天 ,在造模第三天和第五天各抽取腹腔静脉血 ,分别采用放射免疫法和ELISA法检测血清细胞因子IL -6及IL -2含量。结果 :造模第三天时与模型组比较 ,锦红片组IL -6含量显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IL -2含量显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,与庆大霉素组比较则均无差异 ;造模第五天时的总体趋势与第三天时相同。提示锦红片对模型大鼠免疫功能具有明显调节作用
To investigate the mechanism of action of Jinhong tablets (red vine, dandelion, rhubarb, etc.) on acute biliary tract infections, SD rats were bile ducted and injected with a pathogenic Escherichia coli to form an acute biliary infection model.
