我们通过聚合酶链反应(PCR)、血清学试验及部分动物接种,对367名各孕期孕妇外周静脉血、脐血及死胎组织进行弓形虫检测。结果:PCR DNA阳性 7例,循环抗原(CAg)阳性2例,特异性IgM阳性 1例。总阳性率 1.9%。对其中 1例 PCR DNA、CAg阳性的孕妇血进行动物接种,结果阳性。28份死胎组织中,发现一死胎心、肺、肝、肾、眼、脑组织弓形虫DN A均阳性。提示:孕妇弓形虫感染的危害在我国(省)并非少见。开展对孕妇弓形虫感染的检测,将有利于优生优育工作的开展。PCR较其它方法更具特异性及敏感性,且操作简便、快速,适合于孕妇弓形虫感染的监测。
Toxoplasma gondii were detected in peripheral blood, cord blood and stillbirth tissue of 367 pregnant women by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), serological test and part of animal inoculation. Results: PCR DNA positive in 7 cases, circulating antigen (CAg) positive in 2 cases, specific IgM positive in 1 case. The total positive rate of 1.9%. One case of PCR DNA, CAg-positive pregnant women were vaccinated with blood, the result was positive. Twenty-eight stillbirth tissues were found to have a fetal heart, lung, liver, kidney, eye, brain tissue Toxoplasma DN A were positive. Tip: pregnant women toxoplasmosis harm in China (province) is not uncommon. To carry out the detection of pregnant women infected with Toxoplasma gondii, will be conducive to the development of prenatal and postnatal care. PCR is more specific and sensitive than other methods and is simple, rapid and suitable for the monitoring of toxoplasma infection in pregnant women.
