对于022型隐身导弹艇,无论曾经对它是褒是贬,都是希望人民海军更加强大。它的出现,也许标志着我国海军第一次从单纯防御向具备进攻能力的西方真正意义上的海军转型。也只有如此结论,才能解释为何至今022艇下水服役的数量竟已达数十艘且还在不断增长之中。当然,从我国海军长远建设着眼,022艇是无法适应远洋作战要求的。但作为特定条件下的特殊产物,尤其是我国在未来较长一段时期内依然要奉行“近海攻防”战略的情况下,022仍不失为性价比较高的特种作战舰艇之一。
For 022-type stealth missile boats, whether it is praise for it is derogatory, all hope that the people’s Navy is more powerful. Its appearance may mark the first time that the navy of our country has simply transformed from a simple defensive to a genuinely naval transformation in the West with its offensive capabilities. Only this conclusion can explain why the number of 022 launches so far has amounted to several dozens and is still growing. Of course, from the long-term naval construction in our country, the 022 boat can not meet the requirements of the ocean operations. However, as a special product under certain conditions, especially when our country still has to pursue the “offensive and defensive offensive and defensive” strategy in the longer term in the future, 022 is still one of the special cost-effective warships.
