妊娠不足28周,胎儿体重不足1000g而终止妊娠者称流产。流产发生于妊娠12周前者称早期流产,发生在妊娠12周至不足28周者称晚期流产。自然流产的发生率占全部妊娠的15％左右,多数为早期流产。导致自然流产发生的原因主要有:①遗传基因缺陷,多为染色体异常。②化学因素,如:砷、铅、苯、甲氯丁二烯、氧化乙烯等。③物理因素:放射线、噪音及高温等。④母体疾患,如:孕妇患肾炎、高血压病。孕期急性
