在英语学习过程中,中学是重在听、说能力的培养上的。但是阅读能力作为中学教学大纲所要求培养的四项基本技能之一,也是基础教育阶段英语教学的重要目的之一。阅读不仅能帮助学生提升学习兴趣,开阔视野,吸取丰富的语言知识,还能扩大词汇量,促进听、说、写全面发展。因此,如何在中学英语教学中通过有效地阅读材料来提高学生的阅读能力,这是值得广大中学英语教师研究和探讨的问题。以任务为基础的教学法,可以引发学习者的自然习得机制,使其中介语系统得到发展,从而培养其语言能力。
In the process of learning English, middle school focuses on the cultivation of listening and speaking abilities. However, reading ability as one of the four basic skills required by the syllabus of secondary school is also one of the important purposes of English teaching in elementary education. Reading can not only help students to enhance their interest in learning, broaden their horizons, learn a wealth of language knowledge, but also expand vocabulary, and promote comprehensive development of listening, speaking and writing. Therefore, how to improve students’ reading ability by reading the materials effectively in the middle school English teaching is a question worthy of study and discussion by many middle school English teachers. Task-based pedagogy can trigger learners’ natural learning mechanisms and develop their interlanguage system to develop their language skills.
