项目基于宗家桥河及其周边水文、水质监测和污染源调查,采用输出系数模型、室内底泥释放试验、水文水环境模型等方法,分析了该区域水质氮磷现状水平,定量评价了河流外源(生活污水、生活垃圾、畜禽粪尿、降雨径流面源污染)和内源污染通量(底泥释放)及来源结构组成;核算了该河流水环境容量大小及其时间分配;提出了基于浓度控制目标下(氮、磷等污染物浓度消减20%)的污染通量消减空间分配优化方案.
