水力割缝技术是一种完井技术,利用高压液体通过喷嘴后形成的水柱,对套管进行切割,在套管上形成两条缝,从而达到补孔的目的。2003年在大庆油田开始推广,取得了良好的效果。但在推广的过程中也暴露出一些问题,其中参数的合理性就是其中之一,过去的参数依靠经验确定,没有理论依据。本文通过理论研究和水泥靶现场试验相结合,确定出合理的施工参数,为下步施工达到更好的应用效果提供依据。
Hydraulic kerf technology is a well completion technology that uses the water column formed by the high pressure liquid passing through the nozzle to cut the casing to form two slits in the casing to achieve the purpose of making up the hole. Among them, the rationality of parameters is one of them. The past parameters are determined by experience and have no theoretical basis. Through the combination of theoretical research and field test of cement target, this paper determined the reasonable construction parameters and provided the basis for better application effect in the next construction.
