目的:分析消毒供应室管理中实施作业流程重组的意义。方法:对工作流程中发现的问题进行改善,主要进行班次重组、质控流程重组、工作流程重组等。分析比较工作流程重组前后医疗仪器清洁、灭菌包损坏、每周平均用于医疗仪器清洗的时间与各科医务人员对消毒供应室工作的评价。结果:现有工作流程重组后医疗仪器清洁不干净与灭菌包损坏发生率比重组前明显降低(P<0.05);每周平均用于医疗仪器清洗时间比重组前显著减少(P<0.05);各科医务人员与供应室医务人员对消毒供应室工作的评价比重组前明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:对消毒供应室进行作业流程重组,有利于提升供应室医疗仪器的清洁率,并提高工作效率和质量,提高各科医务人员对供应室工作的评价。
Objective: To analyze the significance of the implementation of workflow reorganization in the management of disinfection supply room. Methods: To improve the problems found in the work flow, the main shift reorganization, quality control process reengineering, workflow reorganization. Analysis and comparison before and after the reorganization of medical equipment cleaning, sterilization package damage, weekly average for medical equipment cleaning time and medical staff on the disinfection supply room evaluation. Results: The rate of cleanliness and sterilization package damage after reorganization was significantly lower than that before reorganization (P <0.05). The weekly average time for medical device cleaning was significantly reduced (P <0.05) ; The evaluation of the work of disinfection supply room among the medical staffs and supply room medical staff in each department was significantly higher than that before the reorganization (P <0.05). Conclusion: The reorganization of the working procedure of disinfection supply room is beneficial to improve the cleaning rate of medical equipment in supply room, and improve the work efficiency and quality, and improve the evaluation of the supply room work among medical staff.
