自1991年至1994年,广东省共投入农村卫生三项建设资金17.1亿元。其中:投入乡镇卫生院建设14.7亿兀,投入县级防保机构建设2.4亿元。资金来源主要有:省投入6 234万元,市投入8 744万元,县(市、区)投入 2.9亿元,乡镇投入 3.6亿元,华侨港澳台同胞捐资 2.1亿元,卫生部门自筹4.8亿元,社会集资1.5亿元,贷款及其他6736万元,新建房屋面积236万平方米;购置设备19 371台(件);培训卫生人员21 965人(次)。
From 1991 to 1994, Guangdong Province invested a total of 1.71 billion yuan in three rural construction funds. Of which: 1.47 billion were invested in township health centers and 240 million yuan were invested in county-level health institutions. The main sources of funding are: provincial investment of 62.34 million yuan, city investment of 87.44 million yuan, county (city, district) investment of 290 million yuan, township investment of 360 million yuan, overseas Chinese Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots donated 210 million yuan, the health sector self-financing 4.8 Billion yuan, the society raised 150 million yuan, loans and other 67.36 million yuan, the area of newly built houses was 2.36 million square meters; 19,371 sets of equipment were purchased (pieces); 21,965 health personnel were trained (times).
