研究分析案例教学法在护理心理学教学中的运用效果。将100名14级护理专业学生均分为观察组和对照组,每组各50名。对照组采取传统教学方法,观察组采取案例教学法,观察对比两组学生期末考试成绩合格率、成绩合格段及优秀段。观察组学生期末考试成绩合格率、成绩合格段及优秀段分数明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理心理教学中,采取案例教学法可有效提升学生学习成绩,值得推广。
Study and analyze the effect of case teaching in nursing psychology teaching. 100 level 14 nursing students were divided into observation group and control group with 50 in each group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, the observation group took the case teaching method, observed and compared the passing rate of the final exam scores of the two groups of students, the passing grades and the excellent ones. The passing rate of final exam results, the scores of elite and elite segments in observation group were significantly better than those in control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). In nursing psychology teaching, adopting the case teaching method can effectively improve students’ academic performance and is worth promoting.
