文章深入分析了目前国有施工企业在强化员工培训、全面提高员工技能和综合素质等方面存在的问题,并结合实际,分别从培训观念、内容及方法等方面,提出了与企业实际情况相适应的员工培训建议及对策性选择,旨在促使企业进一步完善员工培训机制和体系,有效促进企业快速、科学和可持续发展。
The article analyzes in depth the existing problems of state-owned construction enterprises in strengthening staff training, improving staff’s skills and overall quality comprehensively, and puts forward some measures to meet the actual conditions of enterprises, such as training concept, contents and methods Staff training suggestions and policy options to encourage enterprises to further improve staff training mechanisms and systems to effectively promote the rapid, scientific and sustainable development of enterprises.
