研究了铸造γ-TiAl合金组织的尺寸效应。结果表明,柱状晶宽度与铸造γ-TiAl合金板状试样厚度成线性关系,在3、4、5mm厚试样中的柱状晶宽度平均值分别为320、436、543μm;层片间距随铸造γ-TiAl合金板状试样厚度的增加而增加,层片组织的层片间距平均值分别为1353、1494、1540nm。同时,铸造γ-TiAl合金的显微硬度随板状试样厚度的增加而减小。试样尺寸的变化改变了凝固过程中的温度梯度,从而影响了试样的组织和显微硬度。
The size effect of the cast γ-TiAl alloy was investigated. The results show that the width of the columnar crystals is linear with the thickness of the as-cast γ-TiAl alloy plate. The average widths of the columnar crystals in the samples of 3, 4 and 5 mm are 320, 436 and 543 μm, respectively. γ-TiAl alloy sheet samples increased the thickness of the increase, the average ply lamellar spacing were 1353,1494,1540nm. Meanwhile, the microhardness of the cast γ-TiAl alloy decreases with the increase of the plate thickness. The change of sample size changed the temperature gradient in the solidification process, thus affecting the microstructure and microhardness of the sample.
