以往工作表明,8.25Gy照射后3天大鼠外周血小板数相当高时,血小板聚集功能已明显降低;血浆纤维蛋白原含量却明显升高.为了解照后早期整体凝血功能障碍,我们使用较公认的能综合反映机体凝血功能状态的整体血栓形成法,观察了8.25Gy照射大鼠血栓形成变化.结果表明:(1)照后6h血小板数和血栓重量都未见明显改变.照后1天血小板数虽明显降低,但血栓重量变化不明显.照后3天血小板数明显增高时,血栓重量却明显降低.照后
Previous work has shown that platelet aggregation has been significantly reduced and the plasma fibrinogen levels have been significantly increased at 3 days after 8.25 Gy irradiation in rats with a high number of platelet counts in the periphery. To understand the early overall coagulation dysfunction after irradiation, we used a more recognized method. The overall thrombosis method that can comprehensively reflect the coagulation function of the body, observed changes in thrombosis in rats irradiated by 8.25 Gy. The results showed that: (1) There was no significant change in platelet count and thrombus weight at 6 hours after irradiation. Although the number was significantly reduced, the change in thrombus weight was not significant. When the number of platelets increased significantly after 3 days, the thrombus weight was significantly reduced.
