目的:了解深圳市生鸡肉中沙门菌污染现状和沙门菌耐药情况。方法:按国标GB4789·4-94分离生鸡肉中沙门菌,用K-B法测定沙门菌的耐药性。结果:从220份生鸡肉中分离到沙门菌34株,分离率为15·5%,沙门菌对4种抗生素的耐药率超过30%。结论:深圳市生鸡肉中沙门菌污染严重,沙门菌耐药性值得关注。
Objective: To understand the status of Salmonella contamination and Salmonella resistance in raw chicken in Shenzhen. Methods: According to the national standard GB4789.4-94, Salmonella was isolated from chicken and K-B method was used to determine the drug resistance of Salmonella. Results: 34 strains of Salmonella were isolated from 220 raw chicken meat, the isolation rate was 15.5%. The rate of Salmonella resistance to four antibiotics was over 30%. Conclusion: Salmonella in raw chicken in Shenzhen is seriously polluted and Salmonella resistance is worth attention.
