Professor HAYASHI Toshihiko, a Ph.D. in economics at Stanford University in the United States and expert on world economy and policy in Japan, has two well-known theories of economic analysis. First, with the progress of science, the number of deaths in disasters will be less and less, whereas the amount of economic losses will increase, namely, “the paradox of disaster economic development.” Second, World population policy and the prediction of economic development "theory. After hearing this analysis, some government officials once marveled at the question of which country has mastered this law and its development in the country will lead the world.
