绿茶的热水抽提物对麻醉兔有降压作用。其主要活性成分是(-)没食子儿茶素没食子酸醇[(-)GCG]。桑寄生科植物Loranthus kaempferi Maxim中起降压作用的活性成分是锰,绿茶亦含大量锰。通过采用系统抽提法分离,并以兔颈动脉压为指标,静脉给药测定各抽提物的降压活性,发现在低极性溶媒、冷乙醇及冷水的抽提物中均无降压活性,而热水抽提物显示出强而持久的降压作用,活性强度比其所含锰的降压活性强得多。因而,推测热水抽提物中存在锰以外的降压成分。进一步采用聚酰胺C-200和交联葡聚糖凝胶LH-20分离纯化,得到化合物A,经HPLC及TLC定性,分别为单峰及一色点。
Hot water extract of green tea has antihypertensive effects on anesthetized rabbits. Its main active ingredient is (-) gallocatechin gallate [(-) GCG]. Loranthus kaempferi, a parasitic plant in the Sanguineae, is the active ingredient that acts as a blood pressure-depressant in Maxim. Green tea also contains large amounts of manganese. By using the system extraction method and taking the rabbit carotid artery pressure as an index, the antihypertensive activity of each extract was measured by intravenous administration, and no antihypertensive effect was found in the extracts of low polarity solvent, cold ethanol and cold water Activity, and hot water extract showed a strong and sustained antihypertensive effect, the activity of manganese than its contained much stronger antihypertensive activity. Therefore, it is presumed that there is a blood pressure-depressing component other than manganese in the hot water extract. Further, polyamide C-200 and Sephadex LH-20 were separated and purified to obtain Compound A, which was characterized by HPLC and TLC. The results showed that it was single peak and one color point respectively.
