文章以邓小平同志南巡讲话精神为指导,用生产力经济学理论分析、总结、探讨了改革开放对珠海经济特区生产力发展的重要作用和伟大意义。作者以近10年来珠海经济特区飞速发展的事实,论证了改革开放是解放和发展特区生产力的成功之路。①改革开放带来了特区生产力的大发展;②改革开放促进了特区生产力的超阶段跨越和升级换代;③贯彻科学技术是第一生产力思想,加速特区生产力升级换代和特区经济的进一步腾飞;④超前抓好生产系统的基础结构建设;⑤以外向型经济为目标,发展特区生产力。
Under the guidance of Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s southern tour speech, the article analyzes and discusses the important role and great significance of the reform and opening up to the development of the productive forces in Zhuhai SEZ by analyzing the theory of productive forces economics.
