用高效液相色谱法测定悬浮培养的胀果甘草细胞中甘草查尔酮A的含量,考查了查尔酮A在甘草细胞生长周期中的积累和添加诱导子二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯后的变化情况。采用AgilentEclipseXDB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),甲醇∶水=60∶40为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长377nm,柱温25℃。研究发现,悬浮培养的胀果甘草细胞在生长进入稳定期后有查尔酮A的合成,在细胞生长指数期加入诱导子二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯,明显促进了查尔酮A的积累。
The contents of licochalcone A in the suspension culture of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.
