精液精子异常,临床上常依据精液分析结果分为无精子症、少精子症、弱精子症、精子无力症和精子数正常性不育。本病的发病原因复杂,很多疾病或因素均可导致男性不育,而在男性不育中约有70%为精液精子异常所致。根据临床观察,导致精液精子异常的主要原因以副性腺感染、免疫因素、理化原因和精索静脉曲张最为多见。笔者自2003年5月～2008年5月以中西医结合疗法治疗精液精子异常导致的不育120例,效果满意。现报告如下。
Semen sperm abnormalities, clinically often based on semen analysis results are divided into azoospermia, oligospermia, asthenospermia, sperm deficiency and sperm normal infertility. The pathogenesis of this disease is complex, many diseases or factors can lead to male infertility, while about 70% of male infertility caused by abnormal sperm motility. According to clinical observations, the main cause of abnormal sperm motility in the gonads, immune factors, physical and chemical reasons and varicocele most common. The author from May 2003 ~ May 2008 to Integrative Medicine treatment of infertility caused by abnormal sperm 120 cases of satisfactory results. The report is as follows.
