工信部和农业部不久前联合发布《粮食加工业发展规划(2011-2020年)》(以下简称《规划》),明确了今后十年粮食加工业发展目标,到2015年粮食加工业总产值达到3.9万亿元,2020年达到6.9万亿元,年均增长12%,效益不断提高。据了解,2010年粮食加工业总产值为2.6万亿元,这也就意味着,按照《规划》目标,十年内粮食加工业产值将是目前水平的逾2.5倍。《规划》还提出,“形成一批销售收入100亿元以上的大型粮食
