采用概率风险评价方法对双光气生产的风险性进行评价。该方法是通过有毒气体的多烟团扩散对氯气泄露事故及环境的影响进行的预测,建立起在假设条件下液氯泄露随下风向距离与氯气泄露浓度及其致死率的变化规律,并提出了全面、可行的预防及应急措施。
Probabilistic risk assessment method is used to evaluate the biogas production risk. The method predicts the influence of chlorine gas leakage accident and environment through the proliferation of toxic smoke and the change law of leakage distance and chlorine leakage concentration and lethality under the assumption, A comprehensive and feasible prevention and emergency measures.
