随着社会的发展,官兵精神层面的需求明显增强,对尊重、理解、关心的渴望越来越高,以人为本的管理理念已成为各级的共识。但实际工作中,少数干部、骨干动辄谩骂、诋毁、嘲笑战士,用侮辱、蔑视的暴力语言,对官兵进行“心理体罚”的现象却屡禁不止。语言暴力现象的存在,已与时代发展的客观要求不相适应,已给部队的管理教育工作带来了严重影响,必须引起各级带兵人的重视和深思。

However, in actual work, the cadres and cadres who frequently abuse, slander and mock fighters with the language of violence and contempt violate the “psychological corporal punishment” of officers and men. The existence of the phenomenon of language violence has not met the objective requirements of the development of the times and has seriously affected the management and education of the armed forces and must be paid great attention by the troops at all levels.
