由中国电工技术学会低压电器专业委员会和电弧电接触专业委员会联合举办的“电接触、电弧、电器及其应用(IG—ECAAA)”国际会议,1989年5月3日至7日在西安交通大学召开,来自英国、荷兰、波兰、西德、东(?)、加拿大、瑞士、日本等8个国家的18位专家教授及国内48个单位的98位代表参加了会议. 本次会议论文集共收录论文88篇,其中国内论文为42篇,国外的论文为46篇,反映了当今世界高低压电器各领域的理论与实践水平及发展方向,会议代表们就开关电器的电弧理论与气体放电、电接触理论、电触头材料、电器的设计技术与应用、电器的试验与诊断技术诸方面进行了广泛的交流。电器方面的国际会议在我国召开尚属首次.这次会议的召开,一方面向世界同行们展示了我国电器理论研究、应用以及测试技术所取得的成就,扩大了国际影响;另一方面也向国内的同行们展示了国外电器方面的成就及发展动向。这次会议的召开,有利于我国开展和加强国际范围内的技术交流与合作,有利于代国电器行业的迅速发展.
The International Conference on “Electrical Contact, Arc, Electrical Appliances and Their Applications (IG-ECAAA)” jointly organized by the Low-voltage Electrical Professional Committee and the Electric Arc Contact Professional Committee of the China Electrotechnical Society was held at Xi’an Jiaotong University from May 3rd to 7th, 1989. At the conference, 18 experts and professors from eight countries including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Poland, West Germany, East (?), Canada, Switzerland and Japan and 98 representatives from 48 domestic units attended the conference. 88 papers were included, of which 42 were domestic papers and 46 were foreign papers, which reflected the theoretical and practical level and development direction of the world’s high- and low-voltage electrical appliances in various fields. The delegates of the meeting discussed the arc theory and gas discharge of switch electrical appliances. Electrical contact theory, electrical contact materials, electrical design techniques and applications, electrical testing and diagnostic techniques have been extensive exchanges. The international conference on electrical appliances was held for the first time in our country. The convening of this conference demonstrated to the world’s counterparts the achievements made in the research, application and testing technologies of electrical appliances in China and expanded international influence; on the other hand, The domestic counterparts showed the achievements and development trends of foreign appliances. The convening of this meeting is conducive to China’s development and strengthening of international technology exchanges and cooperation, which will be conducive to the rapid development of the electrical industry in the country.
