Albert et al 21454 men enrolled in U.S. physician health studies conducted a prospective evaluation of whether increasing the number of diets used to reduce nuts reduces the risk of sudden cardiac death and coronary heart disease. Followed by a 12-month follow-up survey with a questionnaire to reduce the number of foods. The participants were followed up for an average of 17 years.
